Production of Training and Development Materials - E4A has now been asked to develop training and development materials for a number of organisations and one booklet that we have produced will be used across 51 countries to help migrants return home and to start a business. Professional Business Support - E4A has a wide range of Business skills gained at Senior Management level in ICI, HP, British Gas and Business Link. These are all at your disposal to run your school more efficiently. Two Directors were also DfES appointed Enterprise and Work Related Advisors and have assisted many schools with embedding enterprise into the curriculum to help schools meet the QCA and Ofsted requirements. Moreover, E4A uses trained personnel who have a wealth of experience and current practice in commercial organisations to support your whole school development plan and to improve student attainment at all levels.

Enterprise Challenge Days Delivered by Trained Mentors - As Enterprise Advisors E4A felt the delivery of Enterprise Challenges for Key Stage 4 pupils should be dramatically improved. We now have a range of activities which enable your pupils to understand the underlying principles behind Enterprise and take away life skill learning for their future development. Each activity assesses the pre and post awareness improvement in all pupils for your self evaluation Ofsted records. Each pupil also completes a personal development questionnaire.

Provision of Professional Personal Development - Our School Advisor Support shows your staff how to embed Enterprise and Work related learning into each subject in the Curriculum. We can combine this with a free Belbin and Myers Briggs assessment for each member of staff who wishes to understand their individual personalities in more depth.

Belbin Team Building and Myers Briggs Personal Staff Development - You need to understand how to maximise the team working ability of all your teachers. Belbin enables you to quickly understand the strengths of each member of your staff. The Myers Briggs psychometric test enables every teacher (confidentially) to positively understand which personality type they are (based on Carl Jung's theory) and how they can further improve their personal relationships to others.

Help in the Development of QCA and Ofsted Self Evaluation Systems - If you can't measure something, you can't improve it. E4A has developed measurement processes to quantitatively assess the pre and post awareness effect of all your Enterprise and Work related activities. We help you to embed these principles into your school's performance.
