Developing effective and high performing teams within your school
A half day interactive teamwork development workshop
Overview
The unrelenting day-by-day pressure on staff in your school environment can often lead to tension and negative attitudes. E4A has developed an “Effective Teamwork” workshop where your staff analyse how high performing teams work. Your staff then practise their team working skills in a series of interactive activities. They are then able to positively translate this learning into their work environment and enhance the performance of their team.

- Be able to describe the barriers to good teamwork
