Successful Presentations: Enabling Students to be more successful in selling themselves and their ideas.
Working with more than 10,000 students each year we have noticed how many of them lack the confidence to make a good presentation, particularly to an audience, or when they are doing mock job interviews. Presentational skills are critical for obtaining the college placement or job they need.
In conjunction with Gordon Jones the author of the Successful Marketing on a Shoestring booklets, E4A is have launched a “How to Present and Sell Yourself Successfully” booklet which is designed to help students deliver better presentations.
We have developed “How to Present and Sell Yourself Successfully” self help booklet which shows how you can dramatically improve your presentational skill with just a little practice.
Key points made are:
- Why making a good presentation is essential to your future success.
- The importance of first impressions.
- Your body language - how to look confident even if you are not.
- Develop a 'can do' attitude.
- How to present to a room full of people.
- Use your audience to help you improve further the next time.
- If you have to make a group presentation understand the personalities in your group by allocating a simple shape to each. This enables you to balance their contribution.
- And finally - 10 action tips to ensure successful presentations.
All the above are accompanied by humorous illustrations that reinforce the points being made.
“How to Present and Sell Yourself Successfully” booklets come in classroom sets of 15 books and are invaluable to help your students be more successful within school and after school in helping them get the education, training or job that they are hoping for. The cost of the classroom pack is £95 plus delivery.
