Successful role models can encourage students to perform to their best ability. With a ‘can do’ attitude comes achievement and success.

E4A have interviewed three successful young entrepreneurs that have succeeded in very different businesses. Common themes are apparent – their drive, vision, work ethic and positive attitude act as a great example for others to follow.

Razia Anwar has succeeded in her skin treatment business ‘The Treatment Room’. She was chosen to accompany Prince Charles to Pakistan to give a lecture to their Business Community on her secret for success. You can see her ability to strategically plan for long term growth and financial stability.

Sam Fletcher in his Publishing business ‘Redwelly Publishing’ found a niche opportunity in publishing information to help others be enterprising. He demonstrates how a good sense of humour and caring for his staff have helped him succeed. His advice for the viewer is “Just do it. What have you got to lose!”

Stuart Sterling of ‘Kokino’ is filmed in his business as a top hair stylist. You see him creating an amazing hair style while he tells you his secrets of success. He started training as a plumber but realized his creative calling as a stylist had to be pursued.
